I started this business because I’ve been there.
Years ago, as a single mom, I used whatever I had on hand to get things done around the house — including a high heel shoe to hang curtains and a butter knife to assemble furniture. I didn’t have tools, help, or time — just the drive to figure things out on my own.
Eventually, I bought a pink drill — not because it was pink, but because it was mine. That moment marked a shift. I realized that getting help at home shouldn't be this hard. There should be a local service you can rely on. No apps. No bots. No surprises. Just real people doing honest work — with care and professionalism.
That’s what I built.
From HR Executive to Founder
Before launching Inland Empire Home Services, I spent two decades working in Human Resources — hiring, training, and developing teams for some of the most trusted names in business.
So when I decided to build this company, I didn’t just hire anyone with tools. I used everything I learned from years in HR to build a team the right way.
